pong.ai is a web and mobile app that will connect to your IBKR brokerage account to automate your trades using A.I. and machine learning technology.
what kind of strategy does pong.ai use?
pong.ai uses a mean reversion long-short strategy, that looks at top dollar volume equities from the previous trading day, and rebalances hourly.
does pong.ai guarantee returns?
pong.ai does not guarantee returns. historical performance does not validate future performance.
is it advisable to disconnect pong.ai when there is bad performance?
it is advisable to not disconnect pong.ai for at least 12 months, as the strategy will work better looking over longer periods - in short, the strategy will experience drawdowns as it cannot correctly predict the market constantly, but will perform when looking at longer periods. do not panic if you experience short term drawdowns.
how long does it take for pong.ai to connect to my brokerage account?
connection is instant, but will start autotrading on the next trading day.
how do I make payement?
before you connect to pong.ai, you will be prompted to enter the balance of your brokerage account and make payment for the management fee via ACH or wire transfer. in the event that you transferred fees on a balance less than what is in your account, pong.ai will only connect to your brokerage once the remaining fee balance has been settled.
what happens if there are any bugs or errors?
any bugs or errors will be fixed ASAP. Should there be no connection to your brokerage account, the number of days that there is no connection due to bugs or errors will be added to your subscription. if you disconnect pong.ai yourself, days will not be added to your subscription.
